Q.: I am getting errors with one of your products, what do I do to fix it?
A.: You can either post on our support forums to attempt to find a solution, or you can email us at support [at] collectphp.com where one of our support staff will attempt to directly fix your error.
Q.: Do you allow any form of payment other then Paypal?
A.: Paypal is currently the only form of payment we officially accept. However, we may be able to accept other forms of payment in some instances. To find out if your method is acceptable please email us at support [at] collectphp.com.
